Patrick H. Mahady is a partner with the law firm Mahady & Mahady, were he practices in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, focusing on the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. Mr. Mahady had lengthy service as an Assistant District Attorney in Westmoreland County, PA, and had lectured in the area of Criminal Law as an instructor at the Westmoreland Police Training Center. He has centered his Civil Litigation efforts on behalf of people who are dead or injured in Auto Collisions, Defective Products and similar accidents. His civil practice includes lawsuits where he has represented both property owners and contractors for money damages, damage to real estate, defective construction and casualty losses. Mr. Mahady represents those with DUI charges and those whose Driver’s Operating licenses are in jeopardy for speeding and motor vehicle citations. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and all federal courts. He earned his A.B. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law, now Penn State University School of Law. Mr. Mahady is a member of the Westmoreland County Trial Lawyers Association, the local Inns of Court, and the Westmoreland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He has served as a member and officer of numerous civic organizations.

Robert H. Slone is a partner with the law firm Mahady & Mahady, where he practices in the area of Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Slone is a Chapter 7 Trustee serving on the panel of trustees for the Western District of Pennsylvania since 1979. Additionally, he represents both debtors and creditors in state, federal and bankruptcy court actions. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and all federal courts, including the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Slone is a member of the Westmoreland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Bankruptcy Inns of Court. He earned his B.S. degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Slone chairs the Committee for Long Range Planning at Congregation Emanu-el Israel and is co-chair of the fundraising effort at the “Taste of Westmoreland”, among other civic interests.

George Allen Butler is a partner with the law firm Mahady & Mahady, where he practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Business Law, Estate Administration and General Practice. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Butler is a member of the Westmoreland Bar Association—Real Estate Committee and Orphans’ Court Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Association—Real Property Probate and Trust Section. . He earned his B.A. degree from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Butler is currently serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors of St. Anne Home in Greensburg, PA and is the President of the Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities, Diocese of Greensburg. Mr. Butler is a former Chairman and member of the North Huntingdon Township Zoning Hearing Board for over 20 years.

Suzanne J. Mahady is a partner with the law firm Mahady & Mahady, where she practices in the areas of Family Law, Estate Administration and Real Estate Law. She represents family members before the courts of Westmoreland County in all aspects of domestic litigation. Ms. Mahady is a former instructor for the Continuing Education Division of Westmoreland County Community College. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and all federal courts. Ms. Mahady earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law. She is a member of the Westmoreland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Ms. Mahady currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Westmorland Federal Savings and Loan Association of Latrobe, PA. She is a member of the Latrobe Business and Professional Women’s Club and the Women’s Committee of the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, and is a past director of the YWCA of Westmoreland County.
